A project without time constraints is not a good project.
To configure the start time and end time for a project, you need to use custom properties.
You must log on as an administrator to define custom attributes.
Custom Attributes
See the figure. Click the "manage" menu on the navigation bar (the top menu bar includes the home page, my workbench, project, management, and help) and you will see:
You can see the "Custom Attributes" menu in it. Click it to see the following interface:
Click the "create custom property" menu. The result is as follows:
This page lists the objects that support custom attributes. The custom attribute you created belongs to the object you selected here. We want to add the start time and end time for the project, so select the "project" object. Click the next page to view the custom properties page:
You can name your custom attributes (Name field ).
You can specify the data type of an attribute (format field, which indicates that the translation is not accurate ).
You can also set a description.
Other fields are related to the data type. You can change the format field to observe the changes on the page.
There are some additional options on the right side of the page, including "mandatory", "visible", "available as search criteria", and "as filter criteria, you can see the meaning of the name ......
Once you have configured custom properties, click "save.

We have discussed how to create custom attributes. For the "Start Time" of the "project" object, the type is date, required, refer:
Save it.
The End Time is similar.
If you create a new project, you can see:
