2, after you create a good selection, you can add hue/saturation adjustment layer. Set as shown in the following figure.

4, the use of brush tools, select the brush size to 19 pixel size, and then change the brush's opacity to--50% in the Tools Options bar, and then click D on the keyboard (restore foreground and background color to default-black/white) and draw on the mask of the adjustment layer.

5, if you need to adjust the size of the brush, use the [and] keys on your keyboard to swap the foreground and background colors, drawing with the X key on the mask, with a white brush on the part of the hair that turns white, and a black brush with white hair over your hair. Hair details can be drawn through the hair brush to draw more details, and here is a brief introduction. Create a new blank file 200*200, using a pixel brush, click a few points on the canvas.

6, execute Edit > Define Brush preset commands, define the brushes, and set the following in the drawing style panel. Then we can use this brush to easily draw the details of the hair.
