Adjust home and root partition size

Goal: reduce the volgroup-lv_home to 100G and add the remaining space to the Volgroup-lv_root

1. # Df-h//view partition

2. # Umount/home//un-mount

3. # e2fsck-f/dev/mapper/volgroup-lv_home//partition detection

4. # resize2fs-p/dev/mapper/volgroup-lv_home 100G//Set Lv_home virtual partition to 100G

5. # Mount/home//Mount Home

6. # Df-h//view partition

7. # lvreduce-l 100g/dev/mapper/volgroup-lv_home//Free space

8. # Vgdisplay//View free space size

9. # Lvextend-l +311.47g/dev/mapper/volgroup-lv_root//extended Lv_root virtual partition

10. # resize2fs-p/dev/mapper/volgroup-lv_root//lv_root Reset partition size
