Steps:

2, add position animation to text, the following figure:

5, Ctrl+d copy ' Animation 1 ', get ' animation 2 ' layer, the following figure

PS: Why do you want to copy a layer? Because to do elastic animation, only add one position animation, the effect will not be so Q-play, so need to add several times. Below we also need to continue to replicate.

6, set the ' Animation 2 ' shape ' bottom tilt ' soft (high) set to 100 first, this will have a easing effect. Add key frame animations to the offset, from 100 to 100, as shown below:

7, ctrt+d copy ' Animation 2 ' get ' animation 3 ',

We set the ' animation 3 ' position to 90, the offset of the keyword moved a few frames back, there is a time lag, this will produce a better animation effect.

8, this time the elastic effect has basically appeared, in order to make the effect more Q, we duplicate a layer, animation 4, set its position to-30, the offset of the key frame to move a few pixels backward.
