Joel is a veteran and has experienced great waves in the software industry. Rich experience, profound knowledge, humorous speech, and implicate in simple facts. You know how amazing it is to express the unspeakable truth in writing. The whole book gave me the feeling that the old monk was telling a story to the little monk, and I was totally impressed by this new recruit. These stories sound new first, Because Joel's words are so interesting (maybe I am talking about the English version, for some reason, the Chinese version is not very good at "Xin, da, ya ", but in my opinion, I can accept it.) Then I feel that these stories are friendly, because I find that similar scenes happen around me. Finally, I feel that I have an infinite aftertaste and need to feel it with my heart, practice with action, and then return to experience. I think it may take some time to read it again. Maybe there will be new experiences and feelings.

In fact, this is a notebook about software management. It is also because I have been a group convener for nearly half a year, so I have practiced software management. Reading this book with some experiences and experiences is totally different. I think, if I want to read it last year, I will not feel a little bit.
