After the svn client is updated, no tortoisesvn is found in the right-click menu.

Today, I encountered a problem. The SVN Client Version is too old to update the file, so I uninstalled tortoisesvn with the latest version installed. However, after the installation, I found that the right-click operation does not have the tortoisesvn control menu, it was inconvenient. After trying it, I finally solved the problem. Now I want to write down the method and make a backup for the same problem I encountered later.

 

The last method is actually very simple:

 

1. Uninstall tortoisesvn and delete SVN-related files in the Registry, as follows:

Start-> Run-> Regedit open the registry, find and delete files containing tortoisesvn, and delete the following folders:

 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ tortoisesvn

 

2. restart the computer. Right-click the computer and choose "OK.
