My application Overview

You can manage the processes initiated by the current user, track and monitor the process instances initiated by the user, and view the approval comments of the current process, subsequent reminders will be provided directly on the process instance.

Process Monitoring

Select a process instance in the list and click "Process Monitoring ":

Through Visual Process tracking, the executed activity nodes are identified by different colors and icons from those that have not been executed.

Approval comments

View the approval information of the current process instance, including all the operations from process initiation to process execution. There are detailed records, you can view the complete operation execution information of the process.

To-do list Overview

Provides the management of the current user's to-do list, and the current user's to-do list, such as reviewing the current application information, which can be completed through the "work processing" function.

After entering the "Approval comments", click agree or disagree. If we disagree with the approval, the system will return to the previous node by default.

The active node is marked as "executed.

Forward the current approval task to other users.

Select a process instance, click "Work forwarding" to display the above interface, and select a user to complete the work forwarding. You can select multiple.

The Toolbar contains a task forwarding module that provides the module's forwarding operation and process reminder information.

Click "task forwarding ":

Select a user and forward the current task to a user.

Process reminder

Send the reminder information for the current task. By default, the reminder information will be sent to the specified reviewer. The reviewer will view the reminder information to be processed.
