Mailbox does not receive mail, please check if the following conditions:
1, your mailbox whether there is room to receive new mail, you can log into the mailbox, into the first mailbox interface to see your capacity usage.
2, the sender received the system to return the letter, you can forward the letter back to us for enquiries.
3, the sender does not have your correct email address, it is recommended that you and the sender to reconfirm your email address.
4, some of the mail will have a short time delay, we suggest you can change the time to try again.
5, the sender's email address in your "blacklist" (You can click "Mailbox Settings"-"anti-spam"-blacklist).
6. If you set up a filter, your message may be filtered to a folder other than your Inbox (to view the filter settings, simply click "Mailbox Settings" above the mailbox page and click "Filter").
