An error hresult e_fail is returned for calling COM components.

In Windows, when I use C # To Call InterOP. shdocvw. dll, an error hresult e_fail is returned when I call COM components. Some people on the Internet say they want to enable the DTC service, and then set the local DTC in the component service to enable the network DTC service, and allow inbound and outbound, and set it to not require verification, for example:

But after I set it up, I still cannot. Later I saw the COM + application in the component service.ProgramWhen an error is reported, the System Event Notification Service service is enabled again.

Instead, restart the computer, and disable DTC again. Then, enable the network DTC service of DTC and disable the System Event Notification Service, but no longer reports an error.

The time is limited. I did not go into it, but I just recorded it to avoid this problem next time.
