Problem:

After vs2012 is re-installed, the following error always occurs when you create a new project:

Find the kb2833957 and kb2840133 patches in the program and uninstall them.

 

Solution 2:

Download and install the patch kb2781514. There are obvious tips on the official website:

 

Installation diagram: run the installation package as an administrator

 

Note:

Disable vs2012 when installing or uninstalling a patch.
