Because when you use a relay, for example, the first relay, call a digital pager, and then hook up and wait for a call back, if someone else occupies the first relay, A pager user cannot call a phone number before the first relay is released. To call back, the pager user will call the phone number several times until it is connected. Therefore, unnecessary call loss occurs. In order to overcome the above problems, we negotiated with the local telephone Bureau the year before and changed the outbound direction of the original relay ticket to two-way. In addition, all the relay have been connected and selected to ensure smooth telephone communication, this minimizes call loss.

It is a waste of time to wait more than 20 seconds for 4th local users. If you can directly dial the extension before the computer voice ends, the queuing time can be reduced. The fourth problem is that there are several problems in billing management:
