Excel2007 and above provide a number of beautiful predefined table styles, and we can quickly and easily format the datasheet. You can also create and apply custom table styles if predefined table styles do not meet your needs.
Here's how to apply, set, and customize Excel table styles in brief text and animated demos.
Apply ready-made table styles
Apply the table style method as follows.
1. In the worksheet, select the cells you want to set the style to.
2, on the Start tab, in the Styles group, click Format Form.
3, in the pop-up list of styles to select the desired table style.
4, confirm the data range after the style applied successfully.
5, continue to select a different style, or set the detail parameters for the selected style.
The animated demo is as follows.
Create a new table style
If Excel provides a default table style that does not meet the requirements, we can also set and define the new table style ourselves.
The new table style method is as follows.
1, on the Start tab, in the Styles group, click Format Form.
2, in the pop-up list of styles, select new table style.
3, in the Setup Panel for the new style name, set the scope of use.
4, click the "format", into the Setup Panel to the font, borders, fill three categories to make detailed parameters set.
