Operation Steps:
1. "Tools" → "Custom ...", open the Customize dialog box.
2. Switch to the Toolbars tab, click the New ... button, and in the pop-up dialog box, enter a custom toolbar name, which is named "My Toolbar"; Select the applicable object for the toolbar, if you choose "Normal.dot", The new toolbar can be used in all documents built on the Nromal template, and can only be used in this document if you select one of the following options named after the current document name.
3. Be sure to exit the New Toolbar dialog box and return to the Customize dialog box.
4. Switch to the Command tab, select Categories on the left, select the specific commands you want on the right, and drag them to the new my toolbars.
5. After all the required commands have been moved, they are grouped according to their function.
6. Close the Customize dialog box.
7. At this point, the My toolbar is a floating toolbar, position the mouse pointer over its title bar, and place it in the right place (or double-click directly on its title bar).
Tip: If you want to delete my toolbars, you can do so by using the following steps, the tools → customize ... → toolbars tab, select the My toolbars item on the left, and click the Delete button on the right.
Tips:
1. If you want to change the position of the button when the Customize dialog box is open, drag it directly, or drag it out of the toolbar if you want to remove a button;
2. When the Customize dialog box is not open, you can hold down the ALT key and remove the button if you drag it out of the toolbar, or move its position if you drag it to another location on the toolbar, a menu, or another toolbar;
3. Press and hold Ctrl+alt to drag the toolbar button to copy this button.
