Application for refund must be within 90 days and not often to apply, at the same time after the application of the 24 hours you will receive the relevant e-mail please note.
1. Opening the itunes Store on your computer is the same as the itunes store that can be officially opened in the itunes interface.
2. Then use your Apple ID and password to "show the account".
3. You will now see the "Show all" effect next to Apple's official "shopping record" below.
4. Then we find the application or hardware to refund after clicking next to the refund icon.
5. Then you will see the product "Order number", please remember it well.
Step two: Apply for a refund via the itunes Store technical support
1. Then we open the official entry to the itunes support page, "technical support",-"itunes support"
2. After entering and then clicking on "Contact Support"-"contact itunes Store Support" effect shown in the following figure
3. Now we open the interface and click "Buy, Bill and redeem" as shown in the following picture
4. After we entered the interface to find the lower left corner of the "application does not work as expected"
5. Jump to "Get help page", select "E-mail" mode
6. OK now as shown in "Contact Options": Fill in your contact information, and provide details of the reasons you want to refund, point to send.
