Personal User maintenance parameters include "Address", "Default", "Parameters" and other three tabs, where the address is used to maintain the user's user name, department, telephone and other information, and the user's default values in the system, such as the login language, date format, time format, print output device, etc., can be set by this "default". But what is the third label "parameter" for?

"Parameters", English is Parametes, is also used to set the default value, but the process of setting a certain difference, "parameters" mainly through a parameter ID in SAP to set the default value. To create a BOM with T_code:cs01 factory set to the default value of 1000 as an example, the setup steps are described as follows:

The first step, in CS01 's initial screen, the mouse cursor in the factory input box, and then press F1 (a), see a hammer-shaped technical information (Technical Info) button, click into the appearance of a screen, you can see the parameter ID. (b).

The second step, in figure two we can see the parameter ID is WRK, copy WRK.

In the third step, enter the Parameters tab of the personal user data, paste wrk in the parameter Identification column, and in parameter value, enter the value you want to default, such as 1000 (three).

Of course, after setting this "parameter", we need to log into SAP system again before it can be formally effective.
