Network connection failures may reflect multiple phenomena:

(1) The lanport of the router cannot be connected to the computer's ethernet card. The corresponding lanport status indicator shows no normal connection.

Solution:

1) check whether the network cable is strictly compliant with the t568a or t568b standards.

2) check whether the network cable is cat5.) check whether the connection cable is cat5 and whether the connectors at both ends of the network cable and the interface of the Ethernet card on the computer are rusted or damaged.

3) try to avoid the combination of twisted pair wires with power cords or other electrical equipment, such as microwave ovens and televisions.

4) do not use a stapler to fix twisted pair wires. You can use a clip for a fixed telephone line.

5) whether the computer's ethernet card is damaged.

B. The status indicator of the NETCORE router lanport corresponding to the configuration conflict or error shows normal but cannot communicate)

Solution:

1) check whether the ip address of your computer is in the same network segment as the lanport ip address of the NETCORE router in the TCP/IP protocol attribute settings of your computer's operating system.

2) check whether the gateway settings of your computer are correct.

3) Use a microsoft internet explorer 5.01 or later browser.

4) if a proxy server is set in your computer's operating system browser, cancel this setting first.

5) press the reset button of the vro to reset the NETCORE vro to the factory settings.
