Install ArcGIS Server 10.2 and Desktop and make sure that ArcGIS Server Manager can start the load service normally.
1.Oracle Configuration
Install the Oracle server-side program and Client connection program, configure the client-connected network services;
Note: The 64-bit system also requires an Oracle 32-bit client connection, because Arccatalog is 32-bit;
Individual cases require that both 32 and 64-bit clients of Oracle be installed, since registering and enabling an enterprise Geodatabase may require a different connection client.
2. Establishing an Oracle database connection
Add a database connection, arccatalog-> database connection
Note: The instance name uses the IP address or machine name + "/" + Database space name here is the direct Connect method so the Oracle client version if the installation is incorrect or the configuration error will report the failure to open the database client program.
3. Create an Enterprise-class Geodatabase
Open ArcGIS arctoolsbox-> Data management tool, Geodatabase management, creating an enterprise Geodatabase
Note: If an administrator who has ever created a geodatabase SDE can cause a failure, change the administrator name in progress!

When entering a database connection, do not double-click the connection and add it by clicking the connection Point!

Add a GIS server, Arccatalog->gis server
Select Manage GIS server and next
To register a data server:
After you add the system administrator permissions to ArcGIS Server, right-click Select Server Properties
Click the Data Store tab, Click "+" next to select the managed database to register the data as ArcGIS server
Click Import to select an Oracle database connection established before
Name, if you use the SDE connection here may report a connection string error, if the report database client cannot read or open to check whether the client configuration of Oracle is correct, or need to install 32 and 64-bit two version of the client connector.
5. Publishing Feature service services
set the map data source as the geographic server data, and if the layer data is a stand-alone database that needs to be converted to enterprise geographic data, you will be prompted to publish errors that cannot be published by the personal database. If you are already an enterprise-class data source, skip here.
Open the desktop to import the map you want to publish, click File-Map document properties
Default Geodatabase Select Oracl database connection
Make sure the app saves the project.
Publishing Service publishing a map with services shared as a file
Server edit point selection feature Access Click Publish
If there is a 24011 error can be ignored will automatically copy the map to the server directory or double-click the error in the Popup Registration folder menu fill in the name of the shared folder (please fill in)
