Are you sure you want to learn?

From kindergarten, elementary school to junior high school to university, we are busy "Learning" every day ". Learn this and learn that. However, who can give you a high school physical or mathematical question to ensure that you can answer it quickly and correctly?

You may say that when we are in college, we are "specialized in the field of technology" and it is impossible to take into account all aspects. Well, if we don't talk about anything else, who can list the names of all the courses in their universities? If you can answer this question, please give an overview of each course (not to mention only the content). How many people can do this?

Do we not study at ordinary times? The answer is yes. We used to "study" very hard. At that time, we had passed the test. (Of course, those who skipped classes every day, except those who passed the last test by great means, these are all gods. They are not comparable to others ). We go to class every day to listen to lectures, and then go to study and review lessons every day before the exam. We seem to be "Learning" seriously. However, this kind of "Learning" is only for the purpose of dealing with exams. To learn this kind of knowledge, you only need to stick to it and pass the exam without any learning methods. Of course, this knowledge gradually fades away from our brains as time passes.

This sudden learning is not actually a real learning. The consequence of this learning is that if there are many courses in a certain semester, you will feel it is very painful to review. The temporary knowledge gained from this kind of learning will only become a burden on you, so that you are not interested in learning, and will not become the motivation for further learning. These knowledge cannot be associated with your existing knowledge. They are only isolated in your mind. After a long time, they will naturally be forgotten.

I'm afraid most people have this kind of learning experience, or this kind of learning habit: learning new knowledge in isolation without connecting with existing knowledge.

Judging from the learning effect, do you really want to learn? So how can we achieve true learning?

1. Macro Control

Take reading a textbook as an example. Before learning, you may wish to spend several minutes browsing the directory. Maybe you don't understand the content of each chapter, but you have a general understanding of this book as a whole, just like visiting the Beijing Zoo and taking a look at the zoo layout before you start, have an understanding of the main lines so that you will not lose your way during the tour. If you don't lose your way, you can see the scenery along the way. Otherwise, when you get lost, you will lose the meaning of traveling to the zoo.

2. Learn to take notes

Note Taking is prone to two extreme phenomena: either a word is not written, or a word is not written into the notes. Both of these methods are not just notes. The significance of taking notes should be to remind you of the instructions you have learned through the key words in notes. A word is not written, and a good memory cannot avoid the forgetting of knowledge. A word that is not written can easily lead to inertia that does not want to take notes again. The real note should be a keyword to remind you to recall the past knowledge. When you can recall it, you will be able to learn more about it. If you cannot recall it, you will need to learn it again.

3. Learning should be linked with the original knowledge base

The education we receive is organized according to a certain system structure. The previous things will certainly be helpful to the later things, otherwise they will not be arranged in the front. Although the current educational effect is not very good, the curriculum is still very reasonable. If you simply learn a new course and ignore the connection between it and other courses you have already learned, you will not be familiar with such a course, the reason is that isolated learning makes you feel "difficult" and lose your interest in continuing learning.

4. timely review

It's a pleasure to study at times. The Ancients have told us this truth. Why not do it? Review on knowledge here will not go into details, you can refer to the following link http://blog.csdn.net/aboy123/article/details/7773310

As long as you learn, learning will be a pleasure, rather than a burden.
