The 21 Chapter An Italian macaroni dinner
This chapter contains only a few pages and tells a little story.
A good manager will provide the team with frequent and easy opportunities to achieve success together. These opportunities can be very small, leading sub-projects, demonstrations, hints, and other things that can make the team quickly develop the habit of achieving success together. The best success is that there is no obvious management success. In this success, the team works like a kind of colleagues. The best boss is to manage this group over and over again without letting team members know that they have been managed. Colleagues will think that these bosses are just lucky, and they are doing something right. They got a team, and everyone was always enthusiastic. These experiences have never been so sweaty, because they seem so simple that no one even believes they are managing them.
I think people in a real team should not just work together. They will do other happy things together, and they are good friends.
