[Ask] adding a new vcxproj to the vc11 SLN file. The user Macros in vcxproj are not automatically copied.

Today in the quick-cocos2d-x generated SLN, need to add a new own Lib, previously is directly put. H and. add the CC file directly (to save trouble). Create a vcxproj for the sake of time and use static lib to call it.

Everything follows the established method, but the newly generated vcxproj does not know why $ (engineroot) is a macro. Because it was a little unfamiliar with vc ide for some time, I vaguely remember that there was a property manager after vc9, So I continued
