Check the discovery, originally because my grid infrastructure and database is the use of separate user management, and in the process of creating a database, because of the use of ASM, so the library in the left back grid to the database up, However, because the grid user is not in the DBA Group of the Oracle user, the database cannot be started, that is, the resource mentioned in the error could not be started: ora.srcbdc.db

workaround : Add the grid user to the DBA group.

Root>usermod-a-G dba Grid
