This option also displays tables that describe the memory size, whether the memory module supports ECC, single-or dual-level, type, and organization.
PCI info displays the content of each PCI slot.
"Date/time" (date/time) controls the internal calendar and clock of the system.
"Boot sequence" (default value: "Diskette drive" [Floppy Drive]) determines the sequence in which the system searches for boot devices during system startup.
If you insert a boot device and restart the computer, this option is displayed in the system setup program menu. To boot from a USB storage device, select a USB device and move it to the first device in the list.
Drive)
"Diskette drive" (floppy disk drive) ("internal" [internal] by default)
Enable and disable the floppy disk drive and set read-only permissions for the internal floppy disk drive.
1 "off"-Disable all floppy disk drives
2 "USB"-Enable USB floppy disk drive
3 "internal"-enable the internal floppy disk drive
4 "Read Only"-enable the internal drive controller and allow read-only permission on the internal Floppy Drive
A usb-enabled operating system recognizes a USB floppy disk drive regardless of this setting.
Drive 0 (drive 0) to drive 3 (drive 3) (on [on] by default)
Enable or disable ATA or SATA devices (such as hard drive, CD drive, or DVD drive ). Select "on" to enable the interface to use the device. Displays the Controller type ("ata" or "SATA"), port number used by the drive, and drive ID) number, capacity, and whether the drive is controlled by BIOS.
"SATA operation" (SATA operation) (default value: "Raid autodetect/ATA" [raid automatic detection/ATA])
Identifies and defines the SATA controller settings used for raid. You can set the SATA controller to raid autodetect/ATA or raid on ).
Onboard devices)
"Integrated Nic" (on [on] by default)
Enable or disable the integrated Nic controller. The settings include "on", "off", or "on w/PXE ).
When activating the "on w/PXE" (open through PXE) setting (can only be used to set later boot processes, the computer prompts you to press [CTRL] [alt] [B. After you press this key combination, the system displays a menu that allows you to select the method to boot from the network server. If the network server does not provide a boot routine, the computer will try to boot from the next device in the boot sequence list.
"Integrated Audio Controller" (Integrated Audio Controller)
Enable or disable the on-board Audio Controller.
"USB for flexbay" (for flexbay USB) (on [on] by default)
Enable or disable internal USB for flexbay.
This usb option is displayed only when the flexbay device is installed.
Video
"Primary video" (primary video) (set to "Auto" [automatic] by default)
When two video controllers exist in the computer, this setting is used to specify the master video controller. Select auto to enable the added Video Controller. Selecting onboard will enable the Integrated Video Controller.
"Video memory size" (video memory size) (set to "8 MB" by default) is configured as the system memory reserved by the optional Integrated Video Controller. The settings include "1 MB" and "8 MB ".
Performance
Hyper-threading ("On" [on] by default)
Determines whether a physical processor is displayed as one or two logical processors. Installing an additional logical processor will improve the performance of some applications.
"Speedstep" ("On" [on] by default)
Allows the BIOS to modify the fan and speed of the processor based on the processor temperature readings.
Not all processors support speedstep. Therefore, this option is displayed only when a supported processor is installed.
"HDD acoustic mode" (HDD sound mode)
1 "bypass"-the computer does not detect or change the current sound mode settings.
2 "quiet" (quiet)-the hard drive runs with the quietest settings.
3 "suggested" (recommended)-the hard drive runs at the level recommended by the drive manufacturer.
4 "performance"-hard drive running at maximum speed.
Switching to performance mode may cause the drive head to move more quickly, resulting in greater noise from the hard drive. However, it may not be seen that some drives have improved the data transmission rate.
Changing sound settings does not change the hard drive image.
"Security" (Security Protection)
"Admin Password" (management password) (default value: "Not set" [not set])
Displays the current status of the password security protection function of the system setup program and allows verification and allocation of new management passwords.
"System password" (default value: "Not set" [not set])
Displays the current status of the system password security protection function and allows you to specify and verify the new system password.
"Password changes" (Change Password) (the default value is "Unlocked" [unlocked])

2 "Unlocked" (unlocked)-Allow users who do not have a valid password to change the system password
Execute disable (Execution disabled) (on [on] by default)
Enable or disable the disable memory protection technology.
Power Management)
"AC recovery" (AC power recovery) ("off" [off] by default)
Determine how the system responds when the AC power is restored after a power failure.
