Summary:

Creates one or more entities that are all subcurves of the original.

Parameters:

Points

: Array of points (in WCS coordinates) on the curve.

Returns:

Newly created entities that are subcurves of the original.

 

Why is one entity and three entity sometimes returned when two points are passed in? In fact, the returned value of this function execution is closely related to its Parameter order.

If the order of the points in the parameter is the same as that of the line, it is similar to the breakatpoint operation, such as the first line;

If the order of the vertices in the parameter is different from the line direction, it is like the second market.
