Without availability, it is impossible to have a good user experience. When developers are working strictly for usability, they are still focusing nearly exclusively on HowQuestions. "How can we let the user perform Operation XYZ easiest ?" When developers are working Why, Questions like "Does the user even want to perform Operation XYZ ?" Come up instead. This completely goes back to "how" vs. "why ". When developers strictly work for availability, they still focus on the "how" issue. "How can we make it easier for users to perform XYZ operations ?" When developers work on "why", they replace it with "Does the user happen to want to execute the XYZ operation ?" And so on.

Work toward: commitment .... all too often, software and hardware is loaded down with the wrong features, or too ‑features. this hurts the overall user experience. the user quickly becomes lost, unable to figure out what they want to do, or even what they can do. study after study has shown, the user is better off with ten operations or functions then requires ty, if the ten choices cover 90% of their needs. On the other hand, power users need a way to easily unlock the full potential of the product. nothing is more frustrating to an advanced user than being blocked by a "user friendly" interface that forces them to jump through step-by-step hoops, wizards, and so on to do an advanced task that they already are familiar. this is one of my persistent frustrations with Microsoft Office. every time It thinks that it is helping me, it is really hindering me. software and hardware are often suppressed by incorrect features or too many features. This impairs the overall user experience. Users quickly get lost and cannot figure out what they want to do, or even what they can do. Repeated research has shown that if the ten choices cover 90% of the needs, it is better to give the user Ten options or functions than fifty. On the other hand, advanced users need a way to make full use of their product potential. For advanced users, nothing is more uncomfortable than being forced to perform advanced tasks that they are already familiar with through step-by-step mechanisms and Wizard on the "friendly" interface. A good user experience meets and surpasses user expectations. Unfortunately, developers or product engineers cannot easily imitate or improve only a few products on the market. This is where Google becomes such a successful search engine; they realize that all existing search engines provide a poor user experience and improve the entire workflow, from making the search page faster to displaying meaningful and accurate results. Other search engines are not unavailable. Each search engine has the same advanced search syntax and performs the same basic search, and each engine can find the text box for input query. Does it help them do their job more than tively than other products or what they previusly were doing? The user experience is superior to availability. It starts when the customer first hears about your product and continues the purchase process, customer support, installation and configuration until the product is no longer used. For most products, the main content of user experience is how to deal with their daily "why" based on their goals ". Does it help them do their jobs better and more effectively than other products or their previous work?
