1 Opening Remarks
Hello everyone. Today is the first time I attended a department sharing meeting in my work for four years. Sorry for the poor speech! For the "GTD working method" that I want to introduce to you today, I have been using it since 2012 and feel it is very helpful to my work, but it is still at the entry level, therefore, today's sharing session focuses on experience sharing and discussion.
What is GTD? Get thing done! In Cantonese: "Get started ". List projects, prioritize them, and regularly review your project information
For details, refer to the books mentioned in the appendix. Today I want to share the following three main aspects: concentration, capture, and review.
2. Focus
When a person is dedicated to one thing, he can have a great potential. When he is asked to handle two things at the same time, he will be stuck.
2.1 An understanding of how to balance work and life
Instead of separating work and life, we focus on reducing energy dispersion and increasing attention to things.
2.1.1 what do you want?
Money, controllable time (family, entertainment, honor)
2.1.2 clear what the boss wants?
Money, good products, wealth, etc.
2.1.3 conflicts between the two
Do you think there is a conflict between the two? The boss wants more money, and we also want a lot of money. The boss wants us to work hard to make good products, but we also have our own life and family. To improve ourselves, we can't just work with one heart.
If we look at this problem from another perspective, we will not distinguish between work and life. Focus on reducing energy dispersion and improving the vigilance of things. Then, we can solve this problem.
When computing the sum of the numbers, colleagues from mental computing and digital games asked him questions and interfered with him, which made him very uncomfortable, it also gave a wrong answer.
Therefore, the price of interruption is very high. If my colleagues on the stage wrote the computing results and processes on paper, I think the results would be much better.
3. Capture and record your thoughts at any time to form a to-do list.
3.1 write down some temporary ideas when doing the task. Write it on a small note first.
3.2 keep a diary and record the tasks at work, or the thoughts and feelings at that time.
3.3 brainstorm
While focusing on a plan or solving a problem, you can write down many ideas by means of mind maps or other methods.
3.4 clear
Sometimes, when you don't know what to do, you can try to clean up the job, and some new ideas may arise. For example, after clearing the room, ask a girl to have a meal to celebrate.
3.5 collective capture
After the meeting, we were honest about the problems we encountered. Record all questions and ideas.
4. Review
Check and review the established agent list on a regular basis.
4.1 real-time update list
Add new ideas to the list
4.2 check the list to check for missing or unreasonable project ideas
4.3 regular review can be a weekly review, and in short a habit of regular review needs to be established. Through review, we can collect good ideas, clear our brains, what to do next, and come up with some whimsical ideas.
There is a staff member in his thirds who is engaged in a call and requires strong attention. After returning home, he has to face the same tired wife and naughty children. However, you can review the events during this period by working several hours on Friday or creating an environment at home.
5 Appendix

3. classify the remaining tasks
5.2 three models of GTDIt must be used in a unified manner, and the splitting is invalid.
The basic model is the basic way to solve the problem. The planning model and attention area model provide us with a new perspective on the problem.

An executive struggled during a busy meeting, which had been arranged several weeks later. After seeing this model, I suddenly realized that the reason why he attended the meeting was to let everyone see that he was working hard, but it was too worthless to miss the precious time spent with a few adolescent sons.
5.3 tools
5.3.1 paper and pen
The best GTD tool is paper and pen. Pay attention to classification.
5.3.2 Emacs
The org mode provided by Emacs provides timing and archiving functions. Automatic reminder and timing. Very easy to use.

Let people keep their dreams of GTD software Chandler. This is a well-known big Kingdom such as Bill Gates, with ample funds. More than 20 top programmers plan to use personal information management software for three years. It took seven years to complete this initiative, but no one is cheering.
5.4 Q &
5.4.1 how can we balance the long-term and short-term objectives?
Solutions that cannot be achieved with long-term goals
1. The original target has been completed, and the new target has not been confirmed
2. The new goal is too ambitious to achieve
When should I confirm the goal and when should I handle the tasks in my hands? I really don't have a good answer, but remember "Pay attention to the things that have caught your attention ."
5.4.2 how can we solve the problem in poor state?
Focus on what you can focus on now
5.4.3 how to deal with procrastination at work
There are usually three solutions for a task:
1. solve it by yourself. Solve the problem as soon as possible.
2. entrust others to solve the problem. Check whether the problem can be solved in time
3. It cannot be solved for the time being. So I want to discuss with my superiors and report the problems I have encountered.
