WebEx Recorder is an excellent recording screen software.
WebEx Recorder can record full-screen or specified windows, can be set to include sound, the resulting file volume is very small and very clear, the recording process occupies little resources.

1. Download and install WebEx Recorder
Download the WebEx recroding Editor, which is approximately 4MB in volume and approximately 7MB after installation. WebEx has three shortcuts after installation, including player, recorder, editor. But that doesn't mean there are 3 separate programs: the so-called play, record, and edit actually correspond to the same main program, but the operating parameters are different:

2. WebEx Recorder Use tutorials and tips the use of WebEx Recorder is extremely simple and requires only 3 steps:

"Step 1: Select the recording range"
In the WebEx Recorder interface click the first button (pictured below), or the menu: File→open application:

In the pop-up window, select the program you want to record

In general, to reduce file volume, select only the programs you want to demonstrate (such as PPT, SAP). If the demo involves more than one program, you can select the entire desktop (full screen).

"Step 2: Specify Save File"
When the recording range is selected, WebEx asks the user to set up a file to save the screen results. WebEx is writing to the side of the recording side to write the file, and this is good. Unlike some software that caches first, and then writes the file after the recording is finished-this process can take several minutes and have a risk of a CPU 100% crash.

"Step 3: Start Recording"
When you specify a file, WebEx appears in the recording panel. The top left 3 buttons are: Record, pause, end. Below you can set whether the recording, and microphone volume.
When you click the Record button, the button's available status changes. The 2 buttons on the right of the top are inserted marker points (for post-editing purposes), and screen callouts.

Some "advanced" tricks:

When you run the WebEx Recoder to record the screen, you can set up the relevant settings first. For example, set the recording process to automatically hide the interface, with Ctrl+alt+p to pause and continue, with Ctrl+alt+s to end the recording. If you need to insert a bookmark for subsequent edits, you can ctrl+alt+m. If recording is required, you can use the menu: Controls→record audio. More advanced users, you can also set the recording parameters: Settings→audio Settings.
After recording is complete, you can play the recording results. You can also open the editor for further processing, including: Delete excess parts, re-record part (correct the original error), and convert to WMV format.

However, it is important to note that opening files and conversion formats in editor takes a long time, and the volume increases and the quality decreases after the WMV.
