1. HTML5 Document Type
Some of the HTML elements and CSS properties used by Bootstrap require the page to be set to the HTML5 document type.

In Bootstrap 3, support for mobile devices is fused directly into the framework's kernel, meaning that Bootstrap is a priority for mobile devices.
To ensure proper drawing and touch-screen scaling, you need to add the viewport metadata label.

On the mobile device browser, user-scalable=no
You can disable the zoom (zooming) feature by setting the Meta property for the viewport (viewport). By disabling the zoom feature, users can only scroll the screen to make your site look more like the native app. Note that this way we do not recommend the use of all sites, or to see your own situation depends on!

3. Typesetting and linking
