1. Press the ' print ' (print) key when printing begins. Make sure there is no leaking filaments on the printed bed or under the nozzle.
A. If the model is not properly smeared on the print bed and starts to detach after several layers are printed, you will need to readjust the print bed or z-axis distances.
2. There is an option in the software to recalibrate the print bed. The print bed is fully automatic calibrated before running Prodesk3d first print.
The next print will not be the print bed calibration process, but if the print bed becomes misaligned after several printing, you can simply press the buttons below the top and bottom keys in the software to control the following.
The print bed is automatically calibrated and you can continue printing. Please understand that there will be some noise when the print bed is automatically calibrated, which is a normal condition because the machine is in the locked position.
3. After the printing is complete, set the main nozzle and the print bed temperature to 0 in the software.
4. When the printed object temperature is below 30°c, the object can be easily removed from the printed bed.
A. If the printer is difficult to remove from the print bed after the temperature drops to room temperature, the print bed may be a bit high during printing, causing it to be too sticky on the print bed. This can be corrected by slightly widening the z-axis width using the "Adjust z-gap" (Adjusting the z-axis distance) in the Printer settings menu when you print in the future. Try increasing the z-axis distance in 0.25 units.
If you find that you need to constantly adjust the z-axis distance, you can upgrade the z-axis setting of the printer's memory, through the Tools > Advanced (Advanced), and then to the "Z-gap" (z-axis distance).
B. To remove a print object that is difficult to remove, you can use the Craft knife/Stanley knife to slide underneath the die.
C. If the printed object looks very fragmented at the bottom, the print bed may be set too low (the z-axis distance is too large), so the filaments are not properly connected together.
17
This can be corrected by narrowing the z-axis distance, adjusting the z-axis distance by 0.25 increments to the Print Setup section, slightly raising the print bed, and reducing the z-axis distance.
D. If the print bed is not horizontal, the printing part may be hard to remove on one side (the print bed is too high), and a dent underneath the other side can be removed very simply (the print bed may be too low in this section) and can then be adjusted accordingly.
