PS: The higher the bandwidth of the server, the more stable traffic access is.
3. You need a server that can publish Web pages!
In general, most users now use the operating system is WIN2000 above version (because of the 98 system network support is poor, here we are not under the Description 98 of the BitTorrent server), and WIN2000 above the system is basically with IIS. IIS is an important component of publishing Web pages, and it's OK if you want to use Apache to set up a Web page, but it also depends on what script your BitTorrent publishing page is written in, because Apache can't support ASP.
