I don't know if you're like shine. When you browse and organize your task list, you want to be able to sort the lists in order on a large white board. The software you'll be introducing is a whiteboard that lets you post lists and quickly view and manage your tasks.
Leangoo's goal is to provide a clean and clear team collaboration tool. But shine here will show you if you use Leangoo to build your own time management system. The Leangoo interface is very simple, so it's easy to get started.
In Leangoo, there are three basic elements that you need to know:
1. Kanban (added in the top right corner), the blue board is used to put your task list.
2. The list (added in the middle right side via additional tables), which is the task list, will be arranged horizontally on the Kanban board.
3. Cards (There are additional tables under each list, or add cards), your task card, or project card (each card can be built with separate tasks)
. Build your Inventory management system
Sorting or splitting your favorite list first makes it easier to manage. For example, some lists are grouped under the category of life or work. Create a Kanban for each category, and then create a checklist for each list on the Kanban board. If you think certain categories are not obvious enough, you can put them in a Kanban board.
For example, I use the "learning" category to create a Kanban, because each semester courses are different, so each semester can create a new kanban. In the Kanban board, I set up a checklist for each course so that I can clearly know the tasks to be completed for each course, and by looking at the length of the list you can see which course is more onerous and so on. This is an example of a catalogue of learning Kanban and 5 courses.
Manage your task card/project Card
If any of the classes have assignments, you can simply click on the add card in the corresponding list to add the task card. If it is a project, such as Lesson 1, the topic 1 is definitely not a single action can be done. Click on Topic 1 We can modify this task card in more detail to make it a project card.
See, under the heading you can add more detailed checks, such as the objectives and expected accomplishments of the task. On the right you can add subtasks to items by checking items, you can also upload attachments, add deadlines, and set labels to differentiate tasks (with different colors representing priorities, etc.).
. To review
If you have completed a task or project, you can archive the task. However, you do not find that there is actually a very useful function you do not use, in each card has a card comment bar, below you can click to leave a message, why not write down your thoughts and review of this task or project?
