4. Information technology: this has become a necessity for enterprise management. in project management, the project management information system also needs to collect the production information required by the project and communicate the project management information, coordinate the project management information with the enterprise management information.

 

Enterprises generally have two types of jobs: Operation and project. They all share the same things. For example, if a person finishes the work and is restricted by limited resources, they must be executed and controlled as planned. However, they exist in an essential region: operation is a continuous and repetitive work, while projects are temporary and unique. The main task of operation management is to manage projects. In an enterprise, project management is divided into different levels of management content, such as single project management, multi-project management, project combination management, and enterprise-level project management, at this level, project management is not only about the project manager, but also about all managers of the company.

Objectives of the enterprise project management system: introduce the project management method in the enterprise, supplement and improve the existing management system of the enterprise, so that the project management method can play a role in the management functions of the enterprise, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
