3. Human resource management and financial management: this is the core resource of an enterprise and provides support for its activities. As an activity of an enterprise, a project must provide resource support. both human resources and capital are the basic resources required by the project.

4. Information technology: this has become a necessity for enterprise management. in project management, the project management information system also needs to collect the production information required by the project and communicate the project management information, coordinate the project management information with the enterprise management information.

 

Enterprises generally have two types of jobs: Operation and project. They all share the same things. For example, if a person finishes the work and is restricted by limited resources, they must be executed and controlled as planned. However, they exist in an essential region: operation is a continuous and repetitive work, while projects are temporary and unique. So the project is a constantly changing process, and the operation process is often the most stable. These two ways of work need to work together and connect with each other. Only in this way can enterprises be able to continuously innovate and operate stably at the same time. If you only focus on projects, it is easy to form a "Dog, Bear, and stick". If you only focus on operations, it is difficult for enterprises to adapt to new changes and lack the viability.

However, for software enterprises, revenue is achieved by completing projects, and projects have become the main work mode of enterprises. enterprises constantly undertake similar projects and organize projects according to similar processes, through similar products delivered by projects, the operation management and project management are further integrated. The main task of operation management is to manage projects. In the process of repeated project management, this forms a basic way of enterprise operation management, which requires an enterprise-level project management system.

In an enterprise, project management is divided into different levels of management content, such as single project management, multi-project management, project combination management, and enterprise-level project management, at this level, project management is not only about the project manager, but also about all managers of the company.
