The management subsystem design is an important part of the integrated wiring engineering design process. Calculating the scale of various distribution racks based on the number of information points is the basis of the Management Subsystem design. Based on the Integrated Wiring System, the formula for calculating the distribution frame scale based on the number of information points is derived.

1. Computing of Voice Distribution Frame Scale

In the current integrated wiring project, most voice distribution frames use 110 distribution frames. The commonly used 110 distribution frame has 50 pairs, 100 pairs, and 300 equal specifications. The following formula is used to calculate the distribution frame.

1.1 floor distribution room speech distribution frame Scale Calculation

In the floor wiring room, the voice system connections include blue, purple, orange, and white. According to the current wiring standards, the modular coefficients of these connection routes are as follows:

(1) four pairs of blue farms;

(2) Three pairs of purple and orange farms;

(3) one-to-one line for the white field (calculated based on a pair of trunk lines for each voice point );

The Standard Color Mark and the code mark of the corresponding information point on the distribution frame; the patch cord mark of various colors, both ends of the Jumper should be made a permanent label; All labels are printed on a computer or typewriter, color labels comply with ANSI/TIA/EIA 606 wiring management specifications.

A uniform color mark is used on the distribution frame of the Management Room to distinguish the trunk cable, horizontal cable, jumper and device end point. form cables of the same color. See ANSI/TIA/EIA 606 in commercial building communication infrastructure management standards:

The white field is the end of the trunk cable;

The blue field is the end of the horizontal data cable;

The orange field is the end of the horizontal voice cable;

The Purple field is the end of the device cable and the outdoor cable.

The scale of the blue field should be calculated according to formula (1 ).

According to the modular coefficient of the above-mentioned terminal wiring, if 50 pairs of 110 distribution racks are used, the scale of the blue field in each floor wiring room (required quantity) should be calculated according to formula (1.

Formula 1: V1 = N/12

Formula:

V1-the scale of the blue field in each floor wiring room;

N-voice points managed in the wiring room of each floor;

12-A 50-to-110 distribution frame can end with 12 4-to-line cables.

The scale of the purple/orange field should be calculated according to formula (2.

Formula 2: V2 = N/16

Formula:

V2: The size of purple/orange farms in each floor wiring room;

N-Number of voice points managed in each floor wiring room;

16 -- a 50-to-110 distribution frame can end with 16 3-to-line cables.

The scale of the white field should be calculated according to formula (3.

Formula 3: V3 = N/50:

V3-the white space size of each floor wiring room;

N -- number of voice points managed in each wiring room;

50 -- a 50-to-110 distribution frame can end with 50-to-one cables.

Therefore, if the voice system uses a 50-to-110 distribution frame, the size of the distribution frame of the voice system in each floor distribution room should be calculated in accordance with formula (4.

Formula 4: V = V1 + V2 + V3 = N/12 + N/16 + N/50 + 1 ≈ N/12 + N/16 + N/48 + 1 = N/6 + 1

Formula:

V: the scale of the Voice Distribution Frame in each floor wiring room;

N -- number of speech points managed in each wiring room.

In formula (4), the last division operation is the division operation (in the following categories, the last division operation is the division operation ). In formula (4), the essence of the approximate value is to use only 48 pairs of distribution frames for each 50 pairs in the white field, or think that two pairs of each 50 pairs are standby, the approximate calculation mentioned here will not have a big impact on the result, because the final calculation result of this formula is an integer plus 1, and the result is an approximate value. The following formula (5) and formula (6) are obtained after an approximate value is obtained in the derivation process.

If the voice system uses a 100-to-110 distribution frame, the amount of Distribution Frame in each floor distribution room should be calculated in accordance with formula (5.

Formula 5: V = V1 + V2 + V3 = N/24 + N/32 + N/100 + 1 ≈ N/24 + N/32 + N/92 + 1 = N/12 + 1

If the voice system uses a 300-to-110 distribution frame, the amount of Distribution Frame in each floor distribution room should be calculated in accordance with formula (6.

Formula 6: V = V1 + V2 + V3 = N/72 + N/96 + N/300 + 1 ≈ N/72 + N/96 + N/288 + 1 = N/36 + 1

In formula (5) and formula (6), each symbol has the same meaning as formula (4.

Computing of The Voice Distribution Frame scale between 1.2 Devices

The main voice line uses a large logarithm of the cable. All pairs of the main voice line must be connected to the distribution frame. Therefore, the scale of the 110 distribution frame of the voice system among devices should be calculated according to formula (7.

Formula 7: V = 2 × (Sv/F + 1)

Medium: V: the scale of the Voice Distribution Frame between devices;

Sv -- sum of the cable logarithm of the voice trunk line;

F-the specification of the 110 distribution frame used. If 50 pairs of 110 distribution frames are used, F = 100 is used. The rest are pushed accordingly.

According to the calculation result, half is used to connect to the vertical trunk line, and half is used to connect to the complex trunk line.

Formula (7) calculation only considers the whitelists in the device room. If there are other connections in the device room, you need to calculate the scale according to the calculation method of the corresponding connection field and add it to the calculation result of formula (7.
