Fault symptom:
You cannot enter Chinese characters in PowerPoint 2007.
Solution:
Check whether the "advanced text service" is disabled.
Find "control panel" from the Start menu and double-click "region and Language Options ".
In the displayed window, switch to
Language"Tab, click"
Details"Button.
Go to"
Text service and input language"Settings window, click"
Advanced"Tab,"
Disable advanced text service"Is not checked before the check box. If yes, clear it. Then exit the settings window.
PS: if the advanced text service is always disabled and cannot be canceled. You can do this:
- Go to the system disk directory of the same version of the operating system windows/system32 find the file ctfmon.exe to copy to the corresponding directory.
- Go to the registry and find the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run" item. Right-click "New & rarr; string value" in the right column and name it ctfmon.exe, the value is "C:/WINDOWS/system32/ctfmon.exe ".
