One, bitmap mode
Bitmap mode is a color pattern that contains only black and white, so bitmap-mode images are also called Black-and-white images, and only grayscale and Duotone modes can be converted to bitmap mode editing. It contains the least amount of information and thus the smallest image.
Second, gray-scale mode
Grayscale mode is a color mode 256, or 8-bit depth, in which the hue and saturation of the image are removed and only the brightness is left.
Three, two-tone mode
Duotone mode renders a grayscale image with a gray ink or color ink. This mode adds up to 4 colors to the grayscale image, which allows you to print images that are more interesting than simple grayscale. The advantage of Duotone mode is that the color level is reduced and the printing cost of color is reduced.
Four, indexed color mode
Indexed color images are single channel images (8 bits/pixel), using a color lookup table with 256 colors, where only limited edits can be applied, and when converted to an indexed color, Photoshop constructs a color search table that holds and indexes the colors in the image. If one of the colors in the original image does not appear in the lookup table, the program selects the closest color of the existing title table or uses the existing color to simulate the color. You can reduce the file size while maintaining visual quality unchanged.
Five, RGB mode
RGB mode: R (red) G (green) B (blue) also known as "three primary Colors" is the original color of the Sun, RGB parameter range is 0~255,
When the r=g=b=0 is black,
When the r=g=b=255 is white,
When the r=255,g=b=0 is red;
When the g=255,r=b=0 is green.
When the b=255,r=g=0 is blue
Other colors are with R, G, B, 3 color superposition and formed, a total can be superimposed out of more than 16.7 million colors, RGB color mode is the preferred mode of editing images, it is widely used, general TV, scanners, digital cameras are used in this mode.

Six, CMYK mode:
Also known as the process color or print color, each letter represents a color, C (cyan) M (magenta) Y (yellow) K (black), C, M, Y, K parameters range of 0~100%. The RGB mode image should be converted to CMYK mode before printing. CMYK equivalent to RGB color, added a black, black role is to strengthen darkened, darker color, and more than RGB mode of information to One-fourth, so we can call it printing color or printing color.
Lab Mode
is the color between RGB and CMYK. is three through 24 for the color depth of an image mode, the scope is also more extensive, color information will not be due to the above RGB and CMYK mode of the gamut of different color loss. When the printout is printed, RGB is converted to lab and then to CMYK. L (brightness) A (from green to red) B (from blue to yellow). l:0~100 a:-120 ~ +120 b:-120 ~ +120
Eight, multi-channel mode
In multichannel mode, each channel is combined with 256 shades of gray to hold information about the color elements in the image. This pattern is used for specific printing or output. Typically includes 8 bits channel (8-bit channel) and BITS channel (16-bit channel)
Nine, HSB mode
Used with the leveling color, the parameter range is H (hue) S (saturation) B (brightness). h:0~360 s:0~100 b:0~100. H:0 is red, 60 is yellow, 120 is green, 180 is green, 240 is blue, and 300 is magenta.
