Problem:
1), the Mail is received, but you cannot see it, and the server is not.
2), as long as there is an attachment of mail, there is no way to receive it, an error will be reported once it is received.
3), the folder cannot be opened, or the opened mail cannot be seen, but in the resource manager. dbx file (for example, "inbox. dbx), but it occupies a lot of space.
4), received a large email, and waited for a long time. Finally, Outlook Express reported an error. After a large email is deleted on the server, the small file can be received. However, when a large file is encountered, you cannot open the inbox when using OutLook Express, you cannot view the inbox content and other issues.
Error prompt:
"An unknown error occurs. Account: 'test', server: 'pop .test.com ', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, security (SSL): No, error code: 0x800C0133"
Cause analysis:
Because Outlook Express has a 2 GB problem, the cause is that an error occurs when a single folder in Outlook exceeds 2 GB or is close to 2 GB. These problems occur because of the inbox and so on. the dbx file exceeds the limit of 2 GB space specified by OutLook Express. Another case is that after you send an email, the email cannot enter the sent Email folder, after checking, it is found that a single email storage file larger than or close to 2 GB exists in the mail storage directory. Because the Outlook Express mail storage file supports a maximum of 2 GB, the problem is identified here.
Solution:
If the inbox exceeds 2 GB, back up or delete unnecessary emails, or rename inbox. dbx is old. dbx. Or create a new receiver folder and move some messages in batches.
