CC2541 Timer1 does not normally divide to produce correct PWM

Today a customer doing CC2541 a problem, set up a PWM register, found that the normal frequency output can not be set PWM.

1. I suggested that he turn off the power_saving, the result can be normal output PWM, because when the POWER_SAVING,MCU will go into hibernation, this is the 32MHz crystal off, and the Timer default to use 32MHz crystal oscillator, so PWM will be problematic. But Power_saving has to be turned on, so it needs to be solved.

2. It is recommended that he wake the hibernation before using the PWM program, and then he discovers the problem, that is, the MCU can be awakened, but the PWM is not normal

3. It is recommended that he re-initializes the crystal and Timer after the MCU is awakened, and the result is that the PWM can output normally
