I have never had any major innovation in my career, but I am constantly innovating. No matter the early "karaoke splitter", "Quick Match for men and women", or the innovations in software development models when Microsoft is a programmer, including the many Chinese-style management concepts "military orchestra program ", market Model "Spring ploughing plan" and sales model "escort plan" innovation. Innovation is a kind of consciousness, idea, and habit.
