If you want to only three level click here: National provincial and county level three database
The last few days have been looking for more detailed data containing rural information in China's provinces and cities, and finally lucky to find a bunch of TXT documents (logically speaking, the state should provide it), which contains the vast majority of information, as follows:
China's administrative planning code is such a definition, 12-digit statistical zoning code, 1th to 2nd, for the provincial Code, 3rd to 4th, for the ground level Code, 5th to 6th, for the county code, 7th to 9th bit, for the township code, 10th to 12th bit, for the village code.
These files are first read into the parser as an XML document, and then the data in the XML is written to the database. Database built 5 tables, respectively, Storage province province, city, County County, Township town, village village. Table structure: ID sequence number, name, code encoding, Cityid ID to belong to.
Statistics out a total of 34 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, 344 prefecture-level cities, 3,152 counties, districts, 43,920 Township, town, subdistrict office, 719,472 villages, communities. (City, County, township, village does not contain the data of Hong Kong, Macao)
