Second, create a table using the Database Wizard

Chinese Access 2000 provides two ways to create a table: To create an empty table for entering data, and to create a table by using data that is already in another data source. You can use the Database Wizard to create all the tables, forms, and reports that are required for the database in the operation of the database. You might think that this is similar to using the project manager in Chinese visual FoxPro 6, but their functional differences are obvious, and the Database Wizard here can create a new database, but you cannot add a new table, form, or report to an existing database. Then, the various tables in the database should be set up after the last operation. Just because there are no records in each table, such as clicking the Enter/view Customer button in the main switchboard (see Figure 7), the Customers table and the records in the table are displayed on the screen, and figure 8 shows that there are no data records in the table at this time.

In the Customers table, the Database Wizard for Chinese Access 2000 already has the fields you need, and allows you to enter records for those fields later, add new fields if you want, and remove the extra fields.

In fact, the customer window shown in Figure 8 is a window in which the Chinese Access 2000 is dedicated to entering and browsing data records, and the actions and Windows dedicated to entering data records are described below in this chapter, follow these steps:

Figure 8 Entering data records

Step one, place the employee Work and Payroll Database window as the current form (click it, or press the F11 function key on your keyboard), and then open the Objects group in the list, see Figure 9.

Figure 9 Click and Open this group

Note: The employee hours and Wages Database window provides a toolbar from which you can choose to use Design view (see later), and how to list. The lists are the same as other Windows applications: "Icons" and "lists".

In step two, after selecting table in the grouped list, combo the customer item in the Right Side table list box, as shown in Figure 10.

Step three, enter the data record in the Customer table.

Because a row of records has been entered in the previous input/Browse window, so when you go to the Customer table and you see a row that already exists, you can enter the second row of records from the company Name column, see Figure 11, the Customer ID field represents the number, and Chinese Access 2000 is automatically given You don't have to worry about it, but you can also enter a specific number if you want.

Note: If you want to modify the field structure of the table, remove some extra fields, add some required fields, and then enter data records, you can refer to the following.
