Why? Chuang Tzu concluded that this is to raise birds by humans, not birds by birds. We can see a lot of physical attributes at a glance, but we cannot see it clearly for ourselves. The efficiency of many things in the world lies in its science. Are we actually listening to stories? There are many stories that may be very close to us. I have also seen such a story, saying that there was a little e who grew up with a group of chickens. The master put it in the group and raised it together, it always thinks that he is a chicken, so when the host really wants to put the e, how to beat it, how to scold it, how to give it food, and how to seduce it, it thought it was a chicken that could not fly. In the end, the master was too disappointed. He said that I had a young e and it was useless at all. I threw it away. Take the e to the side of the cliff, and drop down vertically under the cliff like a chicken child. [Voiceover] What kind of fate does an e fall under a cliff encounter? Can an e who grew up with a chicken restore its e nature? What kind of life principles does such a story reveal to us? The reason is that in a high-altitude gap like a cliff fall, its nature is restored, because it knows that its wings are useful, and in the past when you raised it, it has always been fed together with a group of chickens and never used its wings. In fact, when we grow up, we must have some potential that has never been developed (Yu danxinyu ). That is to say, you have never met a profession you really love. Instead of making a living with your mind, you have never been inspired in this profession, you are not enjoying the joy of being promoted, so some skills will always be invisible. For example, there is some love in this world. If you don't meet the person you really love, the power of love may be hidden for a lifetime, even though he has a family with others, being a child-bearing girl leads a life in the eyes of ordinary people, but his life has never burned, because he has not met the person. In fact, let's think about every great fable in our life. We have missed ourselves many times. This is a proposition we need to constantly ask ourselves, have we really found the opportunity to be developed? So how can we find the opportunity? Chuang Tzu also taught us a kind of ability to know yourself, summed up into two words, called "Xinzhai ". With great care, I would like to go to the neighborhood and look at myself. In this case, Chuang Tzu gave away a piece of Confucius. Yan Hui, a Confucius student, told him that I wanted to go out to do things. I wanted to go to Wei Guo to stop the violent monarch. His teacher dismissed him and said that you should not go. After you go, if you don't advise a violent person, he will be killed. Yan Hui said that I always want to go out to do things. The teacher said that you are still too hairy now. You have not seen yourself yet. Nothing can happen if you go out to do things. You should first go to fasting. Yan Hui asked his teacher, saying that our family is poor. I have never eaten meat for many years. I have been living this bitter day all the time. Isn't it fasting? The teacher smiled and said that this is not a fasting, not a fasting in the external sacrifice, but a fasting in the heart. Then Yan Hui said what is the fasting of the heart, Confucius told him: Listening to the ears, but listening to the heart; not listening to the heart, but listening to the gas. (Chuang Tzu? Man on Earth) Use your breath to feel everything, return to your heart, and get self-confirmation. Although this passage is based on Confucius, it is from Zhuangzi. In Zhuangzi's "man on Earth", the passage he wrote tells us that each of us has a way to know ourselves. In fact, each person's eyes have two capabilities: outward and inward viewing. outward, we can discover a vast world, and inward, we can discover a very deep heart, it can be said that the external world is big, and the inner depth is deep, which is totally proportional. It is a pity that our life has been used for external discovery, and we never see what our hearts desire. In many cases, it is because there are too many things we have arranged in the process of growing up, such as reading from an early age, growing up career, and families in the future, too many things have been arranged, so they do not have their own pursuits, no attempts, or even no setbacks, so they cannot really confirm their aspirations. There is a story about a fisherman, who is too skilled in fishing. within several thousand miles, he is called a fisherman or even a fish god. He has three sons. These three sons went abroad with him from an early age, but these three children have the same fishing skills, not to mention their father. So his father was particularly frustrated and said, "Why are all three children inferior to me? Later, a philosopher called him. He asked the fisherman: When did the three of you start fishing? His father said it was very early that they had grown up on the ship since childhood and they had not left the fishing boat. Then I asked him, "Did your child learn your skills from you? Yu Wang said that I taught them by hand from an early age, and I didn't know anything about the loss. I always taught every son my highest decision without reservation. Then this person asked the third question: where are their fishing practices? Yu Wang said, of course, they are on my ship. Because I checked them out, they could not lose. I always told them which kind of sign would have a big fish and how to get the best result from the Internet. After asking these three questions, the philosopher told him that the sorrow of the three children is that they have been arranged by you, and they have gained your experience throughout their life, but what they lack in their life is the lesson of fishing. They say that they have never left you for an internship, and they do not know what experience they have learned from their ups and downs, what they get is the lessons you have learned throughout your life, but for them, they are mediocre dogmas. In fact, this story also applies to everyone's heart. Are the indirect experiences we get really valuable? Today, we have a saying that we need to avoid detours. In a sense, there is no detour in life. If you don't walk through that section, how can you reach the present, if you don't stand here, how can you go back and say it's a detour? In fact, every path must be measured in your own footsteps (Yu Dan Xinyu). In this process, we can discover ourselves and get confirmation. Chuang Tzu always keeps a clear view of himself, from the physical state of life to the realm of life in the spiritual sense. He always keeps a clear eye, that is to say, a person must keep a pair of soul eyes out of his own structure. No one else can do this, even though someone will always remind you of your gains and losses, your right and wrong, however, we often lose our hearts by blindly following the opinions of others. If you keep eyes with such a pair of souls and always examine yourself, then you can be flattered and grasp your true desires. In Zhuangzi's "Health Care master", there is a story that everyone is very familiar with, called Ding jieniu. We have the right to regard our own life as the bull in the hand of Ding ding. Can we really solve it today? How did Ding solve the problem? He performed in front of the King. During the performance, his arm was reached, his knees leaning against him, and the whole body of a person moved like a dance to dissect a cow. Throughout the process, I felt that he was in the knife posture and his rhythm. In line with many ancient movements, he joined the sanlin dance and the music of the beginning. This was simply a performance, it is a behavior art, and the knife that he holds is capable of jingling and fully keeping in touch with the music beats. It is very calm and beautiful. After the other ox is cracked, for example, the bones are clear and all beef is peeled off. Why can you do this? Ding ding's explanation: He said, the good man of the Minister cares about the Tao, and he entered the technology "Chuang Tzu? Health care master. He said that if a person has a better eye, we can deduce it from the Tao, not just by skill, but three years later I will not see the whole ox. In my eyes, it is its skeleton. He said that my knife is thin, not thick, and there is a gap between bones, I entered the gap accurately with a thick knife. How can I wear out? So a knife in your hand for 19 years is still like a new one. We use this story in today's life. If we all make such a ding, let our soul have such a knife that can always be sharp, let us get lost in the world of life into a whole cow, so that we can always see those gaps, can accurately clear it, without the need to cut the bones, to back the burden, you don't have to make a tragic gesture in the sigh of relief every day, so that life falls into a lot of value, so what we get is the efficiency of life. Chuang Tzu told us that as long as you have a great realm in your mind, you can see the true texture in your behavior, that is, the greatest truths, great words, great benevolence, great honesty, and great courage in your heart, all things are restrained and unpublicized. This kind of restrained heart is called "Tianfu" by Chuang Tzu. A person's heart is like Tianfu, containing everything in Heaven and Earth. What is in Tianfu? There are two other words: "". He said that this is something, that is, you keep your heart in a great light. This kind of light changes in all things in Heaven and Earth, for example, when the sea is rising, its water level does not rise, and everyone is pouring water from here, its water level does not drop, you do not know where its source is, but it is inexhaustible, the endless use of all things is a kind of inner light. That is to say, from knowing yourself to discovering and listening to yourself, to cultivating yourself, this is a journey. Every person has a Tianfu, and can have the ability to see the light. At this time, people will not talk about what they are doing. We all know that Bian Que, a famous medical doctor, is called as a representative of a famous Chinese medical doctor. But once Wei Wang asked Bian Que, saying that I heard that your three brothers are good at medical skill, tell me who among the three of you has the best medical skills. Bian Que honestly said that my eldest brother has the highest medical skill, and my second brother has the worst medical skill among the three of us. Wei Wang said, Why are you famous all over the world, and the two of them are unknown? Bian Que said that because my eldest brother has always been able to prevent people from getting sick, this person has not shown any signs of illness. He has removed the root of his illness and shovel the root of his illness. This person is just like not getting sick, so no one knows that he is really removing the patient's preference; then he said that my second brother, the disease that can be cured is just starting at the very beginning of the disease, he squashed the disease with medical medicine. Therefore, we always think that he can cure minor illness. I don't know if this disease is brewing, it will be a terrible serious illness. Therefore, his reputation for treating minor illness will be spread in his hometown, he said, why do I say my technology is the worst? It is because I can only try again when my life is dying. What I can do is to break the pus and blood, perform an operation, apply the medicine, and it seems like I 've done all these things, as a result, I got back to life, so my reputation spread all over the world. But you actually look at the stages of the three of us, preventing the most serious problems before, but the world is not named; when the disease first begins, it is taken away from the disease, and is considered to be a minor illness, and the name is transferred to the hometown; it was only at this time that people were able to save their lives. How to save them all had sequelae. This person was damaged, but I was famous. What does this mean to us? It is a secular criterion that may not really evaluate a person's quality. We can only make accurate answers to our own assessments (Yu Dan ). There is a saying in Chinese people that a master lives with a monkey and a donkey, and the monkey is very clever, and it always jumps in the room, the host said that my monkey was too intelligent. Later, the donkey watched it as praised and struggled. One day, he finally stepped on the roof with a huge chunk, as a result, the owner's tile was broken as soon as it was on the roof.
