We know that there is a very useful program--msconfig in Windows systems, the System Configuration Utility. This program for the system startup and add-ins settings, reasonable configuration can greatly improve the system's start-up speed and operating efficiency.
In the WINDOWS7 system, we can open the System Configuration window by directly entering Msconfig back in the search box in the Start menu.
▲ Enter the program command in the Start menu
▲ Eject the system configuration
As the installation of more and more programs, and now many programs are the default to start the system automatically loaded, which will undoubtedly make the system start to become very slow, such as anti-virus software, office software, some optimization software, etc., in the boot system, will automatically load. In addition to being set up in the software to not run when the system is started, you can also remove some of the less frequently used startup items by using "Start" in Msconfig. Because each computer installs the software the environment to be different, here does not say more, but may tell everybody, "starts" in the item all can prohibit, if you discover the system to start the problem, also may again the row restores.
Here we talk about how to make the system start faster--rather than simply banning third-party software--by Msconfig settings. In fact it's also simple, in the System Configuration window, in the Boot tab, we see a "timeout" where the default time is 30 seconds and we change to "3".
Then click "Advanced Options", in the "Processor number" Drop-down option "2", check "Maximum Memory", where the number does not need to be modified.
▲ Boot Advanced Options
Click OK, go to the "Tools" tab, select "Change UAC Settings" To change the user Account Control settings, click "Start", set up after Msconfig OK exit, will prompt you to reboot the system, select Reboot.
Theory says this can improve your system startup time, but because Windows7 is divided into multiple versions and optimized for different hardware devices, if your hardware itself is not high, and the Windows7 flagship is installed, and all the effects are open, it will be slow. Also, I do not recommend that you use a third party so-called optimization tools, can be said to be useless.
By the way, if you're particularly interested in speed, you can also further shut down the system's UAC-I don't really recommend it!
UAC, user Account Control, which requires users to provide a permission or an administrator password before performing actions that might affect the operation of the computer or make changes that affect the settings of other users. By validating these operations before they are started, UAC can help prevent malware and spyware from being installed on your computer or making changes to your computer without permission.
However, some users also feel "redundant" because of UAC prompts, so here we can choose to close.
How do I turn off UAC for Windows7?
Open Control Panel, find "user account", in "change user account", click "Change user Account Control Settings", in the pop-up window, the left of the tick bar, pull to the bottom of the "never notice."
That way, UAC won't bother you again. But this has lost the last security barrier of the system, please use it carefully.
Hint: We recommend that you use the genuine Microsoft Windows7 operating system, this can avoid more unsafe attack, and can enjoy more value-added services.
