Filter
For a variety of reasons we need to make some texture images-sometimes need to add detail to the three-dimensional rendering scene (texture), but also may only create cool effect to show off to friends, left him a deep impression ^_^. The texture described in this article is clearly in the latter case: it may not have any practical use, but it does look strange and interesting.
1. Create a new 500x500 pixel document, add a new layer, and use a black Fill (menu "Edit > Fill"). Then select the Menu "Filter > Render > Lens flare", the lens type chooses 50-300 mm zoom and the brightness is set to 125%. Perform three consecutive lens halos. (as pictured 01,02,03)

2. Select the menu "Filter > Sketch > Chrome Yellow", in the pop-up dialog box set the details to 6, smoothness of 4, such as Figure 04,05.

3. Select Menu "Image > Adjust > Hue/saturation", adjust image color according to your preference. I choose blue (that is, Hue: 200, saturation: 60, note the color Check in the dialog box). Of course the final color choice is up to you. But notice that the darker colors are used here, because the next thing we create in the image process, it's going to keep getting brighter.
