Clever use of three key secrets to hide important documents

In many people's shared computer, in order to prevent others to see their own secrets, everyone to their own documents have taken a certain measure of protection, either to the file or folder to set hidden properties, or the document password protection, but these are vulgar strokes! 　　 The author recently found a new alternative to protect Word documents, as long as the three keys can be pressed at the same time to hide the contents of the document, others open the inside empty.

First step: Start Word, execute tools → macros → record new macros ... command, open the Record Macro window, name the new macro that you recorded in the Macro Name column, and select the all Documents (Normal.dot) option in the Save macros in hidden Drop-down box. In the Assign Macros to tool box, click the Keyboard button, opens the Customize Keyboard window, where the cursor is positioned in the press new shortcut key text box, the keyboard is pressed, and the ALT+CTRL+H key combination appears in the press new shortcut key text box, click the window "specify" button, assign the shortcut key to the hidden macro, and then click the Close button to enter the macro recording status.

Step Two: Perform the edit → select all menu command and select all the text. Then execute the format → font menu command, open the Font Settings dialog box, select the hidden text option in the Effects radio box on the Font tab, and click OK. Return and then click the Save button on the toolbar. Click Stop Recording to end the recording of the hidden macro.
Step three: Record a show macro, also select the "Record New macro" option, name the macro as show, and in the "Save macros in" Drop-down box, select the all Documents (NORMAJ.DOT) option to specify the shortcut key for the show macro as Alt+ctrl+s ( 　 The action method is the same as the method that specifies the shortcut key for the hidden macro.

Step Fourth: After entering the macro recording state, perform the edit → select all menu command, and then execute the format → font menu command. If you have √ in the radio box for hidden text in the Font tab, click to remove √, so that the option is not selected, and then click OK.　　 Click Stop Recording to end the show macro recording.

Step Fifth: Execute the tools → macros → macros ... menu command, locate the hidden macro and show macro in the Macros window, select the hidden macro or show macro, and then click the Edit button to the right of the Macros window, where word The Visual Basic Editor in 2000 is open, and the code for the hidden macro and show macro appears in the Editor's code window. Modify the Hidden macro and show macro code to remove the font, font size, and so on, leaving only the hidden (hidden) property, after the modification, click the "file → save normal" command on the Editor menu bar to get the code for the hidden macro and show macro.
Try it, open an edited word, press the ALT+CTRL+H key combination, run the hidden macro, when the document hidden content automatically save, and finally close the document. When someone opens the document again, surprise! The document is empty, what content also can't see, really confused!
