1. system settings

1. User Logon Management

You can add new users by yourself.

3. System Registration settings

The software provider will provide you with a registration code when following the system for the first time. After you reinstall the system, copy and paste it.

4. System Operation settings

We recommend that you do not [place the program on the top of the Form] because, although you can place the program on the top of all open programs, it will cause inconvenience, we recommend that you do not use the next one.

Ii. Data Maintenance

1. Data Backup

The system has its own default backup path. You can click Backup directly. if you think the path is not suitable for you, You can reset the path. The file name after the backup is (backup. mdb). do not modify the file name.

2. Data Restoration

Similarly, the system has a default path. You can click Restore directly. You can also reset the path, which is the same as the above operation. But the selected file name should be (backup. mdb)

When we prescribe

Enter the drugs you want to query (note that these drugs are added to the Drug Management). You can query them using Chinese or pinyin codes.

If you want to query "Huanglian", you can enter "Huanglian" or "HL ". click in the following query results to add the target audience. after completing the prescription, we recommend that you keep the prescription for later inquiry. after creating a prescription, We can print it out through a printer so that the patient can take the printed prescription directly (of course we should first follow the printer ).

3. query historical prescriptions

We can also use

Query patient prescriptions. Note that all queries in the system use the pinyin code, so you can easily use this query method to conveniently and quickly complete the operation.

After the query, click the query entry to load the prescription to the center and display it.

4. Set

1. Prescription Scan

(1) Select a scanner

We pre-installed with USB, so we can select the next one and click "select" to complete the scanner selection.

(2) Start scanning

After scanning, a minimal child form is generated in the lower left corner of the interface,

VII. Basic Data Management

(1) Drug Management

Drug Management is mainly used to manage the drug classification and storage of drug information in clinics. You can query medicines through the "drug query" function. you can set the classification of drugs by yourself. In the "drug structure", you can add, modify, and edit the drug structure as you like. We just created a model. the "corresponding drug" in the middle is all your medicines under a node in the "drug structure. you can click "add drug" to add, edit, and delete a drug on the corresponding node.

It should be noted that, in order to facilitate the operation during the prescription, there are some differences in the addition of Chinese and Western medicines.

Western medicine

The general format of common dose is: 0.1g * 20 tablets

Description: The usage of the drug: Sig 0.2g four times/day oral

Traditional Chinese Medicine

Write the amount in the common dose, for example, 5 GB.

Prescription management is to record commonly used prescriptions for treating diseases in the system, which is easy to record and query later. The operation is similar to the drug management, but there is

The corresponding prescription contains some medicinal ingredients. Here we can add, delete, and modify the ingredients. it is worth noting that if you want to modify each item, double-click the item. for example, if you want to change Danggui to tianma, you can simply double-click the cell of Danggui to edit it. to delete a drug is to delete this line of the drug.

8. Data Query

(1) Drug Query

Query the previously entered drugs.

Query prescriptions in prescription management. We need to know that all queries support pinyin codes, that is, we can use Chinese or pinyin codes to query prescriptions.

2. Lock Screen

When you leave your computer and do not want to use it, you can use this operation to lock your computer. Only by entering the password can you use this computer.

TIPS:

1. Almost all data input operations can be completed by using the return key instead of the OK button.

2. All queries can be queried using the pinyin Code (the system has already defaulted)
