1. First, make sure you've turned off the openfire.
Open terminal (in application--utilities--)
Enter the following command
sudo rm-rf/library/preferencepanes/openfire.prefpane
sudo rm-rf/usr/local/openfire
sudo rm-rf/library/launchdaemons/org.jivesoftware.openfire.plist
The first one will let you enter the administrator password, although you enter the time, the terminal will not display, do not worry, the correct input and press ENTER, it is executed.
After three orders, OpenFire disappeared completely.

Uninstalling Oracle Java only involves removing the Java plug-in file javaappletplugin.plugin.
Note: to uninstall Java 7, you must have administrator privileges.
Click the Finder icon located in the docking bar
Click the Applications tab in the sidebar
In the Search box, enter javaappletplugin.plugin
This command will find the Javaappletplugin.plugin file
Right-click Javaappletplugin.plugin and select move to Trash
Workarounds for uninstalling Oracle Java 7 using a terminal
This is an alternative to uninstalling Java 7 for advanced users who are familiar with entering commands in the terminal window.
Follow the steps listed to uninstall Oracle Java 7 from your system.
Note: to uninstall Java 7, you must have administrator privileges, and you must perform the delete command as Superuser or using sudo.
Click the Finder icon located in the docking bar
Click the Applications tab in the sidebar
Click the Utilities folder
Double-click the terminal icon
In the terminal window, copy and paste the following command:
sudo rm-fr/library/internet\ plug-ins/javaappletplugin.plugin
The method above will unload Java 7 from the user's system.
