Cloud computing-Overview

 

Today, I have briefly learned about cloud computing. Theoretically, I have simply read about it and it is still vague if it has never been used.

What is cloud computing?

Cloud computing is an Internet-based super computing model. In a remote data center, thousands of computers and servers are connected to a single computer cloud. Therefore, cloud computing can even allow you to experience 10 trillion operations per second. With such powerful computing capabilities, you can simulate nuclear explosions, predict climate changes and market trends. Users can access the data center through computers, laptops, and mobile phones and perform operations as needed.

In a narrow sense, cloud computing refers to the delivery and use modes of IT infrastructure. It refers to obtaining the required resources (hardware, platform, and software) on demand and easily scalable through the network ). The network that provides resources is called "Cloud ". Resources in the "Cloud" can be infinitely expanded and can be obtained at any time, used as needed, expanded at any time, and paid as you use. This feature is often called the use of IT infrastructure like water and electricity.

A parallel computing system can be a specially designed supercomputer with multiple processors, or a cluster composed of several independent computers connected in a certain way. Therefore, Paas is also an application of the SAAs model. However, the emergence of paas can accelerate the development of SAAS, especially the development of SAAS applications.

SAAS (software-as-a-service): software as a service. It provides software through the Internet. Instead of buying software, users rent web-based software from providers to manage business activities. Cloud providers install and run application software on the cloud. Cloud users use the software through cloud clients (usually Web browsers. Cloud users cannot manage the infrastructure and platform for running applications, but can only perform limited applications.Program.

Acaas (access control as a Service): an Access Control Service Based on Cloud technology. Today's market has two typical access control services: real cloud service and rack server hosting. A real cloud service is a service with multi-tenant, scalable, and redundant features. A dedicated data center needs to be built. A multi-tenant solution is also a complex project, this will lead to high costs. Therefore, most Access Control-level services are still managed by Rack servers rather than real cloud services. Vendors who want to find new opportunities in the access control service market must first determine which host solution, sales license method, and billing method to provide.

 

Summary:

A common understanding is that a function may be used by multiple companies. If a company develops such a function, it can apply for a third-party cloud service, place this function on the cloud service so that you can directly call the function deployed on the cloud server. If other companies want to use similar functions, they can directly call the function through the cloud server, you only need to pay a part of the fee to the cloud service section and the party that develops this function.
