Cloud Foundry run Bosh create-env times wrong: TLS handshake timeout

When using Bosh to create Director on Linux, the error is as follows:

Solution:

Edit the Bosh-deployment/virtualbox/cpi.yml file to change the memory from 4096 to 2048. Then rerun the Bosh create-env command.
