[Solution]
1. Close all flash-related processes, such as browsers and IM software.
2. Run unzip uninstall_flash_player.exe "to uninstall the original Adobe Flash Player (10. 1 .*).
3. Start-run-Regedit
4. In the Registry Editor, find
Hkey_classes_root \ shockwaveflash. shockwaveflash → right-click"
Shockwaveflash. shockwaveflash → select "permission" in the pop-up menu → select "allow" in the "full control" column → click "OK" to complete the operation and return
5. Delete the shockwaveflash. shockwaveflash item (this item cannot be deleted if Step 1 is not done ).
6. Exit the Registry Editor.
7. Run "install_flash_player_11_active_x.exe" to install Adobe Flash Player.
Note: the source of this registry key is SwF in the original installation directory. reg file, that is, c: \ windows \ system32 \ macromed \ Flash \ SWF. reg. use NotePad to open this SWF. you can view the problematic old flash player registry in the reg file.
