Definition of PML:

PLM (product life-cycle management) is the product lifecycle management. It includes four stages: training, growth, maturity, recession, and renewal. PLM minimizes the R & D cost during the training period and maximizes the enterprise profit during the long term to the early stage to reduce costs and increase profits.

 

Strategically, PLM is a product-centric business strategy.
