October 24, the Mozilla engineers and Firebug team leader Honza Odvarko in the Mozilla blog, Firebug is the most popular and most powerful WEB development tools, has a remarkable success.
Launched in 2005, Firebug is the first tool in Firefox to allow programmers to detect (inspect), edit, Debug (Debug), and to monitor the status of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript in any Web page. This is a huge improvement.
Note: Chrome is the first edition released in September 2008.
Firebug successfully attracted the eyeball, after 12 years of development and improvement, has more than million loyal fans.
With the release of Firefox Quantum next month, it's time to say goodbye to Firebug. While this is a sad message, all the features of Firebug have been integrated in the Firefox DevTools.
